General terms and conditions of sale
The following general terms and conditions of sale together with the documents Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Use, govern the offer and sale of products on “yindelo.com”. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The products purchased on “yindelo.com" are sold directly by The Posh Bear s.r.l.s. (hereinafter “TPB” or the “vendor”). The Posh Bear s.r.l.s. has its registered office in Via Repubblica 27, Biella, 13900, Italy. Its tax code/ VAT number is 02630710024.
Business policy
TPB offers products for sale on “yindelo.com" and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the “consumers”.
“Consumer” shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a consumer, please do not buy any products on “yindelo.com".
TPB reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “consumers” and any other order which does not comply with TPB’s business policy.
These general terms and conditions of sale (together with the documents referred to herein) regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on “yindelo.com" between visitors of “yindelo.com" and TPB.
The general terms and conditions of sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties that might be on “yindelo.com" through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify the third party’s terms and conditions. Under no circumstances shall TPB be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between users of “yindelo.com" and third parties.
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on “yindelo.com", you must fill out the online order form and submit it to TPB, following the relevant instructions.
An order shall be deemed submitted when TPB receives your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct.
Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to print a copy using the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.
The order form will be filed in our database for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section called my order in the customer care area.
Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.
The submission of orders to TPB must be in english.
After your order form has been submitted, TPB will process your order. TPB may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, TPB shall inform you by email that the contract has not been executed and that TPB has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.
If the products displayed on “yindelo.com" are no longer available at the time of your last access or once TPB has received your order form, TPB shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within ten (10) days from the day after TPB has received your order.
If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, TPB will contact you to either send you a comparable item of your choice or refund the amount paid.
By submitting an order form to TPB, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale in your contract with TPB. Should you not agree with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on “yindelo.com".
By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these general terms and conditions of sale as well as further conditions contained on “yindelo.com", through links, including the general terms and conditions of use.
PAYMENTS
When Clients place orders online, Credit Card details are entered into a protected online banking system provided by Banca Sella.

RECEPIT/INVOICE
A receipt will be issued for orders shipped to Italy. You may only request an invoice at the time of purchase. In order for an invoice to be issued, you must provide an Italian billing address and Italian fiscal information. Due to the restrictions written above, any invoice requests made after a purchase has been completed cannot be processed.
SHIPPING
Items will be typically shipped within 7 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During Italian holidays, processing times may be longer.
Items will be shipped via DHL and clients will receive a shipment tracking number via email.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by TPB within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) the package may risk being sent back to TPB at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
RETURNS
Items can be returned for size exchange, or refund within 15 days of the item’s delivery date. To request a size exchange or a refund please contact us at info@yindelo.com. You will receive a return approval confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Items to be retuned must be put inside the original packing and shipped together with a printout of the return approval confirmation email, with a traceable shipping method.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order. The original “Yindelo” branded boxes, must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the return approval confirmation email date.
Products sent without following the over said instructions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client, without issuing any refund.
Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.
All return costs, including shipping and taxes will be the client’s responsibility.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by TPB.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Any original shipping costs incurred will only be refunded to the client if all the items purchased in the order are returned.
In the case of defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@yindelo.com. TPB reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect item before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
TPB reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, TPB will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
